Peer Support Groups

A Regionally Based Peer Group of 8–15 High-Caliber Executives who speak candidly and gain agenda-free perspectives from others who have faced similar challenges. The group meets quarterly for three hours. Discussions are guided by a career coach—a seasoned city manager. Any member may bring forward an issue, receive input from the group, and leave with clear direction.

One-On-One Career Enrichment Coaching is also available to all members. Guest speakers, who share either expertise on a specific topic or insights from their own career experience, are a regular part of the agenda.
